Nalgene's cleaning tablets use effervescent action to clean out all the corners of your hydration reservoir. Tablets come 12 per package. Fill container with 1/2 to 1 liter warm water. Add tablet. Cover. Wait 15-30 miniutes, shaking often. Discard treated water. Rinse well before use. Do not ingest tablet.
